Management and Staff
The Ninette Sanatorium was initially founded by a Board of Trustees. It was a non-government institution when founded, although it received grants from municipalities and a grant from the Manitoba government. (By 1939, the provincial government had assumed most costs, except for the Federal government's responsibility for veterans and Indigenous patients.)
Medical Superintendents were responsible for admitting all patients.
