Finnish Independent Lutheran Church, Secord St., Thunder Bay. Originally an old Swedish Church, it was bought for 2,500$ at 70 Secord St. Named the Independent Finnish Evangelical-Lutheran Church, the church operated until 1996 when it moved to 321 Hilldale Rd. and renamed itself the Hilldale Lutheran Church. It still operates under the same name at the present time.
