The book contains sports award recipients, team rosters, and team standings and statistics, records and highlights from the 1979-1980 intramural and varsity sports season. The banquet was held at the DaVinci Centre on April 3rd, 1980.

Black and white photograph of the Humpaa-Viekot orchestra on stage. The orchestra played Finnish dance music. It was founded in 1958, whose humppa music became very popular in the early 1960s. The band toured extensively until the mid-1980s.
