Awards

For some students, an award can be a sign of encouragement to continue their education. It is a proud moment for both the award recipient and donour.

Recipients Dennis Kwiakowski, Joanne Feltkamp, Kathleen Zwaresh, and Jane Ekholm receive the Lakehead University Alumni Association Bursary, presented by Mr. Arne Anzew.

Russell Leroux is presented the Headway Corporation Limited Scholarship, receiving $250 and a silver medal.

Recipient, Gwen Warren, is presented the Lake Superior Chapter I.O.D.E Bursary, by Mrs. Zaremsky, in the amount of $100.

Recipients, Genevieve Bailey, Janet Elliot, Carol Lowe, Wim Van Borrendam, Barbara Zale, Raymond Chung, and Marion Lanchok, are presented the Alumni Association Bursaries, by Mrs. Diane Aleen, in the amount of $150 each. Unable to attend are Raymond Chung and Marion Lanchok.
